Today
- Walk to work has become a reality in Palava as its first commercial tower gets ready to open in May 2018. The 1.5 lakh square feet tower comprises of well-designed offices, ample parking, multiple F&B options and much more.
Tomorrow
- Palava will have its own 100-acre business district with some of the most renowned global corporates setting up their offices at walking distance. In addition to this, a 450-acre MMRDA growth centre is also proposed adjacent to Palava.
Green Spaces
Today
- Over 21,000 trees adorn Palava’s landscape. Vast open spaces like the 1.8 km long riverside promenade and the 7-acre Lakeside Park provide ample space to enjoy fresh air. The city consistently scores between 50 and 70 on the Air Quality Index, which makes the air here at least 3 times better than the air in top Indian cities today.
Tomorrow
- Palava plans to have atleast 2 lakh trees and with more than 60% of open spaces for you to enjoy. The Nature Interpretation Centre near Lakeshore Park, made of compacted earth and bamboo, will be used to conduct experiments, display art and exhibits that will make you feel at one with your surroundings. There will be expansive Forest Greens that will adorn the landscape and become home to all kinds of flora and fauna. Additionally, the waterfront will also become the hub to enjoy the verdant landscape to the fullest.
